SHIPPING POLICY
How long before my crown ships?
If a piece is currently in stock, it ships within 48hrs. If a piece is made to order it usually ships within 1-2 weeks after purchase. This production time is our best estimate unless alternative arrangements are made prior to purchase. The turnaround time for made to order pieces does not include shipping times. *Made to order pieces will be identified with each advertised piece.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes! We accept rush orders. If you require your order in less than 2 weeks, please email us prior to purchase to ensure we are able to accommodate your rush order deadline conniecrowns@gmail.com. A formal rush order invoice including the applicable rush order fee and shipping cost will be emailed to you.
What is your U.S. shipping rates and methods?
Shipping rates are based on the total purchase amount. Shipping service is United Parcel Service (UPS).
How can I track my package?
When your order is complete, you will receive an email notifying you that we have completed and shipped your order. A second email will also be sent at this time with your tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally. However, we intend to ship internationally in the near future.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that due to the custom nature of every item we create and sell, Connie Crowns does not accept any returns or exchanges. Each piece is uniquely styled; therefore, slight differences vary with each piece. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify the shipping company immediately.
